In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Who is this support system for?
This support system is for use by Integrity Doctors website service clients and authorized staff members employed by an Integrity Doctors client. This system is not to be used by third-parties such as outside marketing, SEO or IT firms. All tickets must be opened by an Integrity Doctors member or a practice employee who has been granted authorization to enter into billing agreements and accept charges to the practice's Integrity Doctors billing account.
What may this support system be used for?
This support system is to be used for questions and issues pertaining to the Integrity Website Service. Questions regarding other Integrity services including the CCP and video portal will be closed/ignored.
May this support system be used for changes to the website service content?
We no longer accept any requests for website content changes through this system. All clients are required to upgrade to the Integrity Premier Website Service through the Client Connection Page to receive any assistance with updating websites. The existing Integrity self-editing website service will be shut down in its entirety in 2019 and plans for this transition have been communicated via email to all clients. If you already have the new service, this is not the appropriate area for requesting content changes - this is only for contacting the Integrity IT Department. Content changes must be sent to the email address provided on your upgraded website welcome email. Requests for content changes sent through this system will be *closed without a response* (deleted).
Does the Integrity Premier Website Service include free content edits?
Yes, the Integrity Premier Website Service does include free content edits, but these edits may not be requested through this support system. Requests for change sent through this system will still incur charges. Instead, please use the separate link for editing requests within your site Dashboard, or the email address provided in your welcome/confirmation email after you signed up, to request a change to your website content. Premier Website Service members may still use this system for all other requests that do not involve changes to the website.
What if I need a change other than a content change, such as a domain name change?
Go ahead and request the domain name change through this support center, though fees may still apply for this service.
May I use this system to leave my phone number and request a call-back?
No. We do not offer phone support for the Integrity Website Service. Support tickets opened to request a call-back are subject to instant closure/cancellation. All support is provided exclusively in typed, online format (emails or support tickets).
